Christy Conway, Henry Schein Practice Transitions

Christy Conway has worked for Henry Schein Dental for the past 20 years, both as a Field Sales Consultant helping her customers grow their dental practices and as a Transition Sales Consultant, brokering the sales of dental practices. She has an MBA in Marketing and has always focused on the business side of dentistry, assisting her accounts with implementing yearly action plans based on the Henry Schein Practice Analysis product. She has also been a featured speaker at various national sales meetings sharing her expertise, insights, and experience. Christy’s background and successes in working with new dentists starting their practice and helping Dentists transition out of their practice puts her in a unique position to assist both sellers and buyers.

Peter Chong, Huntington Practice Finance

Peter Chong has been helping healthcare professionals start, grow, and transition their professional legacies since 2008. First at a prominent dental brokerage in California and then in banking as a practice finance specialist with Huntington. Having the rare opportunity to oversee the buying/selling process from the perspective of a brokerage as well as a lender, I understand where challenges may arise in the journey to acquire a practice and how to overcome those challenges by guiding and educating my clients.

Cecilia Chen, Dental Attorney

Cecilia Chen is a dental attorney who represents clients in practice acquisition and sale transactions, leases, associate contracts, partnership agreements, and contracts with DSO’s. Ms. Chen received her JD from American University and undergraduate degree in finance from Boston University. Dr. Landon Libby, SPP Dental Partners

Dr. Landon Libby is a Dentist, Smile Designer, and Confidence Builder, dedicated to the pursuit of creating the ideal patient experience. He is the owner of Libby Dental in San Diego as well as founder and managing director of SPP Dental Partners. He has also participated in dental trips to various countries including Kenya, Fiji, Nicaragua, Peru, and Mexico. Landon spends his summers harvesting salmon from the Bering Sea as the captain of a commercial salmon gillnetting boat in Bristol Bay, Alaska.
